IoK's objective is to empower graduate students to intervene and support individuals who are potentially vulnerable to health issues but haven't shown clinical symptoms.
Our Focus: We specifically focus on reducing deaths within the working-age population by equipping students with the knowledge and skills to identify and address early warning signs.
IoK's Mission 2025: IoK aims to equip graduate students with the knowledge and skills to identify and support individuals who are potentially at risk of health complications, even if they don't exhibit immediate clinical symptoms. This focus on early intervention within the working-age population is crucial for reducing preventable deaths.
IoK's 2025 Goal:
IoK is committed to training and certifying 141,000 graduates within 2025, preparing them for immediate successful employment in this vital field.
Strategic Action Plan for Reaching Our Goal:
To achieve this ambitious goal, IoK will implement a multi-pronged approach:
1. Secure Licenses: Acquire licenses for Kitchenopathy® 41 & 45, which provide a foundation as well as framework of methodologies for identifying and addressing health risks in our training program.
2. Curriculum Development: Create a comprehensive and recommended curriculum for student certification, ensuring consistency and quality in training.
3. Student Activity & Experiential Learning: Design & Develop a structured program of practical activities and experiences that effectively equip students with the desired skills and knowledge that ensure students develop competencies for intervention.
4. Mission Roadmap: Establish a clear developmental sequence to achieve the 2025 mission of training 141,000 graduates.
5. Streamlined Operations Management: Partner with an administrative agency for efficient supply chain management.
6. Practical Experience: Collaborate with organizations to offer students real-world volunteer opportunities.
7. Expert Faculty: Recruit qualified instructors to deliver the training program.
8. Food Services: Secure reliable partnerships with food vendors to cater to student needs of suitable meals.
9. Accommodation: Partner with reputable hostel providers to ensure safe and comfortable living arrangements for students.
10 Marketing & Enrollment: Engage a marketing agency to develop a strategic plan for bringing student enrollments.
