Course Structure: 

Facilitating Immediate Employability

This intensive 30-day course is designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge for immediate employment upon completion. 

The program utilizes a blended learning approach, combining instructor-led session with independent learning activities.

The course is divided into two distinct modules, each focusing on specific aspects of longer healthspan and financial wellness. 

Each module will include:

Content: 

Exploration of key concepts related to the module theme, including the value of a healthy and financially secure life, risk-return relationships in health and wealth decisions, financial wellness and income source selection considering healthspan, and optimal resource management for effective health decisions.

Day 1: 

Intensive Classroom Demonstration and Hands-on Practice: This initial day provides a foundation for the program. Through a combination of demonstrations and practical exercises facilitated by instructors, participants gain confidence in applying their newly acquired knowledge to real-world scenarios.

Days 2-30: 

Enhanced Hands-on Practice with Structured Learning Materials: Following the initial intensive session, the course transitions to a self-paced learning format. Participants are provided with well-structured learning materials, including theoretical foundations alongside practical exercises. This structure allows participants to solidify their understanding while developing practical skills through actual field work.

Rationale: 

This blended learning approach, emphasizing hands-on practice from day one, fosters immediate job readiness, preparing participants for real-world application on completion of the program.

Successful candidates will be given priority for the post of Junior Research Officer at Global Research Institute of Kitchenopathy® (Grioki®).


The course fee is Rs. 30,000 +18% GST (Rs. 5400) total 35,400 only


Physically handicapped or economically weak but intelligent and brilliant candidates may be eligible for scholarships of up to Rs. 15,000. 


An additional scholarship of up to Rs. 15,000 may also be available for outstanding performance in the course.
